This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while ensuring a supportive and collaborative virtual environment. You will connect with clients through secure, user-friendly applications that empower you to manage your caseload effectively while maintaining high standards of care.

• Conduct comprehensive biop psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients’ needs and establish baseline information for treatment planning.
• Provide individual and group counseling services, facilitating ongoing sessions to engage clients and adjust therapeutic interventions as necessary.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review treatment plans in collaboration with each patient, ensuring plans reflect evolving goals and objectives.
• Coordinate discharge and aftercare planning to support transitioning patients back into their communities with viable support systems in place.
• Deliver efficient and effective therapeutic services, ensuring timely documentation and communication of patient progress and treatment efficacy.
• Complete other related tasks as assigned by your supervisor, contributing to a seamless service delivery experience within the counseling team.

You will primarily work with diverse populations, including adults, families, and children, experiencing mental health challenges, particularly those with chemical dependencies and co-occurring disorders. Your empathetic approach and commitment to understanding each client’s unique circumstances will be vital in fostering a safe and accepting therapeutic environment.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD within the state of New York.
• At least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, showcasing your ability to provide high-quality mental health care.
• Proven strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism in a remote work setting.

• Experience in providing marriage and family therapy services to varied demographics, enriching your capability to relate to diverse client bases.
• Previous engagement in working directly with individuals facing chemical dependency issues.
• A demonstrated positive, non-judgmental attitude, showing acceptance and understanding towards the challenges faced by our clients.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, depending on your experience, education, specialty, and training.
