Job description

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Golf Course Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will support the development and maintenance of golf course facilities by performing a variety of physical tasks on-site. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn on the job.
What You'll Do
  • Assist in preparing and grading construction sites, including clearing vegetation.
  • Transport and unload building materials and equipment.
  • Operate and maintain basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
  • Help in mixing and applying topsoil, sand, and other materials necessary for course construction.
  • Support the installation of irrigation systems, drainage components, and landscaping features.
  • Follow blueprints, plans, and instructions provided by supervisors to ensure work is completed accurately.
  • Remove debris, clean work areas, and manage waste in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
What You Need:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to operate basic hand and power tools.
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well in a team environment.
  • A valid driver’s license may be required, and experience with operating construction equipment is a bonus.

Working Conditions:
  • Outdoor work environment with exposure to varying weather conditions.
  • Physical demands include exerting more than 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or more than 25 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Must be able to see, hear, talk and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity; climb, kneel, stand, walk crouch, stoop, reach, pull, push and other similar tasks. 
  • Work schedule may include early mornings, weekends, and overtime during peak construction periods.
