Working alongside the Bakery Sales Manager, the Baker’s Helper helps plan the day’s production, gathers ingredients, and follows recipes with accuracy and attention to detail.

The role also includes providing courteous, helpful service to customers, offering product information, answering questions, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
