Qualifications

Personnel qualifications:

Experience in troubleshooting (i.e. resolving problems with software, hardware, configurations, etc.).  At least one (1) year of experience in at least one of the following areas:

         Providing end-user support (including help desk, if required for assigned task) for various software

         Providing user and desktop support for all client-side systems

         Providing mobile device support (client-side) to include laptop, tablets, and Blackberry assistance

         Providing support and deployment for workstations and peripherals

         Providing support for office moves and desktop configurations
