Bluetree Dental is a community-focused organization dedicated to changing lives through dentistry. They are seeking a Full-Time IT Helpdesk Hero to join their tech-savvy team, responsible for providing IT support and troubleshooting to enhance the workplace environment.
Responsibilities:
• Join Our Tech-Savvy Squad!
• Provide onsite tech support experience
• Assist with VOIP systems, servers, and general IT troubleshooting
• Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with team members
• Demonstrate detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving skills
• Align with the company's mission, vision, and core values.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 1–5 years of IT experience (or equivalent education)
• Valid Driver’s License (yep, some travel required—up to 50%)
• Previous onsite tech support experience
• Experience with VOIP systems, servers, and general IT troubleshooting
• Clear communicator + team player
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Aligned with our mission, vision, and core values
