Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager – Full Funnel Video Advertising, you will help manage the strategy, execution, and optimization of full-funnel paid video campaigns that build brand awareness, drive consideration, and generate measurable business results. This role is responsible for managing campaigns across premium video platforms including YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, Connected TV (CTV), and other streaming and video channels.

This is a highly hands-on role requiring deep platform expertise. You will build, launch, optimize, and report on campaigns directly within advertising platforms while collaborating with internal creative, growth, and analytics teams. While platform and vendor representatives will provide strategic guidance, there is no external media agency managing campaigns, making hands-on execution a core requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Funnel Campaign Strategy

  • Execute full-funnel paid media strategies that support awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.
  • Align campaign goals, audiences, messaging, and measurement strategies across each stage of the customer journey.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize reach, engagement, brand lift, and business performance.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Build, launch, and manage campaigns directly within advertising platforms including YouTube, Amazon Ads (Prime Video), Connected TV platforms, and other video advertising channels.
  • Optimize campaigns through audience segmentation, bidding strategies, frequency management, placements, and creative testing.
  • Execute A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance throughout the funnel.
  • Monitor campaign health daily and make data-driven optimizations to maximize results.

Budget Management

  • Manage media budgets across multiple platforms while maintaining efficient pacing and achieving business objectives.
  • Allocate investments based on performance insights and evolving marketing priorities.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Measure campaign performance across awareness, research, and conversion KPIs.
  • Maintain weekly reporting through internal dashboard updates.
  • Utilize GA4 and other analytics tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness, attribution, and audience behavior.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Provide media insights that inform creative development and messaging strategies.
  • Collaborate with platform representatives to stay informed on product updates, beta opportunities, and best practices.

Industry Trends & Innovation

  • Stay current on emerging video advertising products, audience targeting capabilities, measurement solutions, and industry trends.
  • Evaluate and test new advertising features and channels that improve campaign performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Must be living in Utah OR open to relocating
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing paid digital media campaigns with a strong emphasis on video advertising.
  • Hands-on experience building and optimizing campaigns within platforms such as YouTube, Amazon Ads, Connected TV, DV360, or similar video advertising platforms.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategy and measurement.
  • Experience using GA4, Looker, Excel, or other analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Agency experience is preferred, particularly managing campaigns across multiple clients, platforms, and budgets.
