About The Role

As a School Experience Coordinator, you will:

  • Deliver an exceptional experience for prospective families through tours, communication, and program knowledge
  • Manage the enrollment process from inquiry through first day, including family onboarding and records management
  • Support school operations, including health and safety procedures and licensing compliance practices
  • Create a warm, welcoming, and organized front-of-house experience for families and staff
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the family experience through thoughtful touches and engagement
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation aligns with state licensing requirements
  • Partner with school leadership to continuously improve systems and processes
  • Serve as a positive, professional presence and culture carrier within the school

  • Have 3-5+ years of experience in education, administration, or customer-facing roles
  • Have coursework or experience in early childhood education (preferred but flexible based on state requirements)
  • Must meet all background check and eligibility requirements for child care staff in accordance with Alabama DHR regulations.

  • Are highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Are comfortable using technology for communication and operations
