Do you have proven Level 2 IT support experience?
  • Do you have experience working for an MSP?
  • Are you a "jack of all trades" and you want to grow your skills and knowledge in IT?

We support incoming issues that may include procedural, software, hardware, and operating system problems for their technologies, desktops, laptops, wireless devices, peripherals, servers, and software. Engineers are expected to have a meticulous attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills, work comfortably under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.
REQUIRED Technical Experience & Skills:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing Cloud-based networking, Windows servers and workstations, Firewalls, Exchange server and Active Directory.
  • Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 11.
  • Excellent high-level troubleshooting, attention-to-detail, organization, communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to efficiently multi-task, adapt and stay calm under pressure to any changes or client emergencies.
PREFERRED:
  • Microsoft Server & Cloud based Azure or AWS.
  • Active Directory, Group Policy & User Profile Management.
  • MS Exchange, MS Office / 365.
  • Networking/Switching hardware: VLANS, Routing, Switching.
  • Networking Protocols - TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Firewall.
  • Cyber Security (Hacks & Viruses).
  • Advanced education in related IT field.
  • Mac operating system experience a plus!
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
  • A reliable car - travel to client locations.
  • U.S. citizenship.
