Job description

As a Help Desk Technician, you provide technical support to our internal users.

The How…
Your focus is on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with systems, network and server maintenance, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems and addressing/resolving helpdesk tickets.

You will utilize your experience in a help desk support role to promptly respond to help desk requests and provide technical support. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate them as needed. You will install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components and collaborate with the IT team to ensure the efficient operation of all systems.

You naturally treat everyone with respect and dignity, accept responsibility, take ownership of tasks, and follow through on commitments. These qualities, combined with your ability to maintain a high level of discretion and handle situations confidently in a fast-paced environment, will help you succeed in the position.

  • You will work full-time, Monday through Friday.

Physical Requirements

  • Expected work hours: 7:30 to 5:00, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends
  • Travel: Occasionally may need to drive a personal vehicle for business; may occasionally travel (approximately 5%)
  • Work environment and physical demands: General office environment
