Job Summary
Our client is seeking an IT Coordinator to manage and provision equipment, provide basic user support, and maintain documentation and ticketing. This role involves processing hardware, handling help desk tasks, and ensuring compliance with standard procedures while offering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities / Job Duties
  • Process returned hardware, reset, image, and prepare PCs, laptops, and peripheral equipment.
  • Handle entry-level help desk tasks including basic password resets and routine troubleshooting.
  • Accurately log and manage support requests using Zendesk or similar tools.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain process consistency.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service onsite.

Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements
Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Windows-based environments and basic networking.
  • Strong ability to follow documented workflows and maintain detail orientation.
  • Understanding of ticketing platforms and IT asset management.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
