About the Role:

As a Help Desk Support Analyst you will support the mission to develop and support people, reports, and systems that improve the overall effectiveness of the Allocation Operations department. You will be the main point of contact for data-related reporting and system support needs. You will regularly analyze how the systems and reporting work and will provide data insights that drive high-value business outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate reports and validate data is accurate while meeting the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

  • Create and validate adhoc reports by writing custom queries, organizing, and formatting data in MS Excel as per business requirements.

  • Perform detailed analysis of Allocation impact; summarizing and organizing key findings for Department Leadership.

  • Execute processes to manage the implementation of Allocation systems via Allocation software and proprietary Allocation systems.

  • Perform triage of technical issues with Allocation reports, tools, and software and partner with Reporting & System Support Manager on support escalation when needed.

  • Test and validate changes to IT-supported Allocation systems

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred

  • 2+ years equivalent work experience

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Efficient verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to independently analyze data sets to solve problem and summarize recommendations

  • Proficient with SQL (experience storing, retrieving, and manipulating data)

  • Proficient with VBA, Python, or an equivalent language coding

  • Experience working within a relational database, particularly SQL Server or Oracle

  • Work hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

  • Hybrid work model

Pay Details: $33.00 to $38.00 per hour
