Job Summary
Under the direction the Chief Technology Officer or IT Help Desk Manager, the IT Help Desk Specialist assists employees with a wide range of technology needs. As technical problems are identified, the IT Help Desk Specialist troubleshoots and provides technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, software, and online user
accounts for selected District systems.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Certification (Bachelor's degree (preferred not required))
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (2 Current, written within one year )
  • Resume

Work hours for this permanent 8-hour position are 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Hours subject to modification).
