  1. Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, networking, and peripheral issues.
  3. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and security updates.
  4. Document customer issues, resolutions, and service requests in the help desk ticketing system.
  5. Assist customers with system configuration.
  6. Escalate complex technical issues to senior technicians or network administrators when necessary.
  7. Support setup and maintenance of equipment
  8. Educate customers on proper system use and basic troubleshooting techniques.
  9. Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of support requests to maintain excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications
• 18+ years of age with valid government ID and ability to pass background check.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support role.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking basics, and common software application
