Mountain Community Health is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and patient focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact at our primary care clinic in Bristol. If you enjoy helping others, staying organized, and working in a fast paced healthcare environment, we'd love to meet you!


The Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in supporting daily clinic operations by ensuring patients feel welcomed, informed, and supported from the moment they walk through our doors.


Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients in person and by phone
  • Schedule appointments and manage clinic calendars
  • Perform administrative tasks related to medical records, referrals, and insurance verification
  • Support smooth front office operations in a busy primary care setting
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and provide excellent customer service
