As a Front Desk Agent at Holiday Inn Express - Fort Pierce, you'll be the first friendly face our guests see. In this role, you'll help create a welcoming experience by assisting guests with check-in/check-out, answering questions, managing reservations, and resolving concerns with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

  • Process payments and manage guest accounts
  • Book, modify, and cancel reservations
