Lead Pediatric Innovation: Become Our Medical Director of Children's Rehabilitative Services & Pediatric Sub-specialty!

Are you a visionary leader in pediatric medicine ready to transform specialized care? Onvida Health is seeking a Medical Director to oversee our Children’s Rehabilitative Services (CRS) and Pediatric Subspecialty Clinics. In this pivotal role, you'll shape comprehensive care plans, drive multidisciplinary collaboration, and promote excellence across our pediatric services statewide.

Brief Overview of What You’ll Do:

  • Comprehensive Care Leadership:
    • Develop detailed, in-person initial and annual comprehensive service plans for all new and ongoing CRS enrollees, ensuring top-quality care across the state.
    • Evaluate patient status, including diagnostic imaging and lab reviews, to maintain optimal care standards.
  • Multidisciplinary Coordination:
    • Serve as the primary medical liaison, working closely with case managers, social workers, and pediatric subspecialists to coordinate statewide care.
    • Lead and support specialized clinics, including the monthly Cleft Lip & Palate multidisciplinary team, to address unique pediatric needs.
  • Quality & Protocol Oversight:
    • Review and ensure all services rendered by subspecialty providers meet established care standards.
  • Community & Provider Engagement:
    • Represent and promote CRS and Pediatric Subspecialty Clinics both within Onvida’s ambulatory and inpatient settings and throughout the community.
