This leader will partner closely with Academic Affairs, Admissions, Student Services, Career Services, Workforce Development, Compliance, and executive leadership to support operational effectiveness, student persistence, campus growth, and a positive educational environment aligned with the mission and values of Helms College.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Organizational Leadership, Student Services, Workforce Development, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of campus leadership experience
  • OR
  • 4-7 years of progressive people leadership experience within higher education, workforce development, or postsecondary environments
  • Demonstrated success leading teams, building accountability, and supporting organizational culture
  • Strong communication, coaching, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience supporting operational excellence and student-centered initiatives
  • Ability to lead through change, growth, and organizational development
  • Experience working within higher education, workforce development, nonprofit, or mission-driven environments strongly preferred
