The purpose of the audit is to ensure the accuracy of the fund’s financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and to provide transparency for investors. Auditors review the fund’s assets, liabilities, income, expenses, and internal controls to verify that the financial statements present a true and fair view of the fund’s financial position. This process helps build investor confidence and may be required by regulators or fund agreements.
