Job description

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversee staff for day/night our services (Parent’s Night Out - PNO, Family Day Out - FDO, ) and other collaborations for weekend services as needed

• Supervision and delegation of responsibilities to Direct Care Staff for the above programs.

• Communicate effectively and efficiently with the Family Support Services Manager to ensure child to staff ratio for weekend services are adequate and efficient; create child & classroom assignments

• Ensure implementation of curriculum for weekend services (FDO&PNO), summer and holiday camps, and other collaborations

• Plan and organize Daily Activities in accordance with curriculum for weekend services (FDO&PNO), summer and holiday camps, and other collaborations

• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, respect for property and items at HEB house

• Completion of Developmental Checklists for weekend programs and summer camps

• Submit purchase orders with approval of Family Support Services Manager. Obtain items as approved.

• Communicate effectively and efficiently weekly to Family Support Services Manager to ensure smooth operation of weekend services, summer and holidays camps and external programs

• Maintain and decorate Camp rooms, FDO rooms and other external collaborations

• Maintain all student files, documentation, site protocols, and Procare attendance

• Ensuring proper and timely completion of paperwork such as time sheets, schedule, behavior logs, incident reports, work orders and supply requests

• Report all incidences and emergencies to Family Support Services Manager.

• Serve as a model and mentor for others, with specific emphasis on conduct, attitude, and attendance

• Attend trainings as required to maintain status as Site Supervisor

• Other duties as assigned.
