AAA Auto Club Enterprises is opening a brand new location in Kyle, Texas, and this one brings a unique twist. Our new branch will be located inside HEB, creating a high energy environment with a steady flow of members and customers every day.

We are currently hiring Sales Agents and are beginning conversations now to find our newest team members!

This role is a bit different from a traditional branch setting. If you enjoy engaging with people, thrive in a fast paced environment, and like being out on the floor connecting with customers and bringing them into the AAA experience, this could be a great fit for you.

What You'll Do

  • Source, develop leads, and actively prospect while building your network

  • Engage directly with customers in a retail environment to drive interest and sales

  • Maintain a competitive drive to meet and exceed monthly goals

  • Provide excellent customer service to build strong relationships and retention

  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

  • Take ownership of your success and build a profitable book of business

What We're Looking For

  • Sales experience highly preferred

  • A natural ability to approach, engage, and connect with people in a hightraffic environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses
