We seek an experienced and skilled individual to join our manufacturing team as a 2nd Shift Mid-Level Machine Operator. This role involves operating and overseeing various machines including CNC machines, folder machines, and press brake machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in machine operation, a strong technical aptitude, and a commitment to maintaining production efficiency, quality standards, and workplace safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC laser cutter, folder, and press brake machines to produce parts according to engineering drawings and job order specifications.
  • Ensure machines are properly set up and calibrated for each production run.
  • Monitor machine operations and adjust settings to ensure optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections of produced parts using precision measuring instruments.
  • Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform adjustments or repairs as needed.
