MJC

The Special Teams Tech assembles various products across the production line and performs
high-level and specialized tasks as needed.

Job Responsibilities and Duties
Use tools to make, repair, and assemble parts and products.
Interpret diagrams, schematics, blueprints, or other verbal and written instructions.
Cut raw materials needed for completion of the job.
Follow directions given to work as a team.
Have full knowledge of all PPE gear required by MJC for the department
Identify necessary components needed for completion of the job.
Assemble various products, per training guidelines.
Complete each job by finishing with an internal inspection of the assembly.
Maintain a SAFE and CLEAN working environment.
Work across multiple departments as needed.
Perform high-level tasks such as brazing, testing of units, loading and unloading trucks,
etc.
Operate forklifts, man-lifts, and all other MJC industrial lifts.

Skills and Qualifications
High school education or equivalent experience.
Ability to operate basic hand tools (i.e., hammer, screwdriver, tape measure, pliers, drill,
etc.).
Ability to perform all MJC equipment and machinery.
Ability to braze.
Ability to test units.
Attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Ability to identify parts from drawings provided.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
Ability to read a tape measure and use a decimal system.
Willing to perform repetitive tasks while remaining stationary for extended periods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
