Position Overview:
Del Medical is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HAAS CNC. This position is vital to ensure the precision forming and bending of metal components used in our medical equipment production, maintaining high-quality standards that Del Medical is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to form metal components according to engineering designs and specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and production orders to determine correct machine settings for each job.
  • Make necessary adjustments to press brake controls, tool positions, and material alignment to achieve precise bends and shapes.
  • Perform in-process inspections to ensure that parts conform to required tolerances and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machine performance issues, collaborating with the maintenance team when needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and in optimal working condition.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area.
  • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and engineers to optimize workflow and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of production and report any deviations or issues to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications:
