Excel Equipment, Virginia's premier CASE construction equipment dealer, is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Branch Manager to join their team in Roanoke, VA.

Essential duties/responsibilities:
  • Manages our branch in every step, maximizing the repair process for our customers. Develop a business plan and strategy for our market leveraging our Parts and Service Departments strengths that ensure the attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Act as a liaison with our manufactures regarding all service support bulletins, notices and programs for our dealerships.
  • Develop new and strengthen our existing customer relationships. As a primary point of contact for our dealership's key Heavy Equipment customers.
  • Maximize the flow of repair orders within the Branch and effectively working closely with our Parts department to ensure timely and efficient results. Empowers the Branch to maximize throughput and ultimately our customers' experience.
  • Communicate across Parts, Service, Sales and Rental departments targeting customer opportunities and will provide solutions. This forum will include monthly management and department meetings.
  • As customers' needs evolve and opportunities develop, this role will coordinate communications with our management team.
  • Lead by example and embrace our Excel Support principles and our Company's commitment to Safety.
  • Report to our Leadership team regarding progress on issues that are identified, pending or resolved.
  • Ensure that our Branch Technicians are properly trained and that necessary certifications are maintained and updated appropriately.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
