Heat Treat Manager - commercial heat treat
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced heat treater or process metallurgist who enjoys wearing many hats and being intimately involved in production, maintenance and process design.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage quality systems
  • Inventory maintenance
  • Work with vendors ordering of parts and supplies; negotiate fair contracts and pricing
  • Work with customer on special projects and custom orders
  • Process design and automation
  • Maintenance support

Qualifications:
  • Associates degree in metallurgy or materials science
  • 2+ years of experience working in a commercial heat treat
  • Strong communication skills
