Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Heat Press Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will operate heat press machinery to apply designs, logos, and graphics onto garments and promotional products while maintaining high quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain heat press equipment safely and efficiently
  • Apply transfers and printed graphics to apparel and other materials
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Prepare garments and materials for production
  • Follow production schedules and deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist with packaging and inventory when needed

Qualifications

  • Previous heat press, screen printing, or garment production experience preferred, not required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
