Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Heat Press Operator to join our production team. The Heat Press Operator is responsible for using heat press machinery to transfer designs and images onto textiles and other surfaces. The ideal candidate will have an eye for quality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow precise instructions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heat press machines safely and efficiently.
  • Prepare garments or substrates for heat transfer by properly aligning and positioning materials.
  • Load and unload items from heat press machinery.
  • Monitor machine settings (temperature, pressure, and time) and adjust as needed for optimal transfer quality.
  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring accurate placement and consistency.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of heat press equipment.
  • Organize and maintain work area, supplies, and inventory.
  • Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and order specifications.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a printing or apparel production environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with heat transfer techniques and equipment (preferred, but not required).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions accurately.
Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
  • Prolonged standing and manual work.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, and reaching.
Hours are Monday-Friday 10am - 6Pm.
