**Heat Press Operator

** to join our production team. The ideal candidate is meticulous, organized, dependable, and able to take ownership of their work without constant supervision.

This role will be responsible for operating heat press equipment and producing high-quality decorated apparel and products while ensuring every order meets specifications for placement, appearance, and quality.

**Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate heat press equipment

  • Prepare garments and materials for production

  • Apply designs, logos, names, numbers, and other graphics accurately

  • Follow job orders and production specifications

  • Ensure proper placement, alignment, temperature, pressure, and timing
