Duke is currently looking for a Customer Care Technical Support Specialist to join our Technical Support team.

The Technical Support team delivers industry-leading technical solutions and support for Hot Appliances and refrigeration systems. Our mission is to resolve complex customer issues, provide expert field service support, and ensure optimal system performance. We leverage deep product, system, and engineering knowledge to address customer needs rapidly and accurately, supporting the company's reputation for technical excellence.

This role will be a good fit for you if you:

  • like troubleshooting electrical, gas, and refrigeration systems
  • have a good mechanical / technical aptitude
  • demonstrate the ability to communicate technical information clearly, accurately, and empathetically to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring efficient issue resolution and positive customer experience.
  • have strengths in technical problem-solving and root cause analysis
  • have the ability to read electrical schematics
  • like to work within a team

Job Qualifications:

  • Completed a two-year technical degree in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Electrical Systems
  • Preferably with at least 5 years of equivalent field experience supporting equipment service and repair in the commercial kitchen industry
  • Basic computer skills which include Microsoft Office

Relevant education, experience, and performance will be considered together.

Work Schedule & Location:

  • Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm Central Time
  • St. Louis, MO or Sedalia, MO (hybrid) - must be willing to travel on either location for periodic trainings and coordinations
  • With exceptional travel to customer sites to provide hands-on technical expertise and field support
