The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and thrives in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support implementation activities including system configuration, data validation, and solution setup.
  • Participate in client kickoff, status, and closeout meetings.
  • Maintain and manage project tasks, follow‑ups, and action items for both internal teams and customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, sales, and cross‑functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle (pre‑onsite, onsite, and post‑onsite).
  • Gather and document customer requirements to tailor solutions to their business needs.
  • Train customers on DealerBuilt solutions to ensure adoption and long‑term success.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining implementation and training documentation, tools, and resources.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and share feedback to enhance implementation efficiency and quality.
  • Support post‑implementation activities to ensure customer satisfaction and successful transition.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience supporting software implementations, onboarding, or training initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand customer business needs and translate them into system configurations.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Comfortable leading or supporting client‑facing meetings and training sessions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Experience working in a remote or geographically dispersed team environment.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50–60%) for onsite customer implementations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
  • Competitive Compensation: Base salary plus bonus; success in goal attainment and commitment can lead to career growth and advancement.
  • Great Benefits: Comprehensive benefit offerings and a no‑wait 401(k) plan with company match.
  • Fully Remote: Flexibility of working remotely while delivering exceptional results for our clients.
  • Work/Life Balance: Emphasis on balancing work with personal life and responsible paid time off.
  • Employee Referral Program: Incentive to bring talented individuals into our growing organization.
