Job description

LiveRamp is the data collaboration platform of choice for the world's most innovative companies. A groundbreaking leader in consumer privacy, data ethics, and foundational identity, LiveRamp is setting the new standard for building a connected customer view with unmatched clarity and context while protecting precious brand and consumer trust. LiveRamp offers complete flexibility to collaborate wherever data lives to support the widest range of data collaboration use cases-within organizations, between brands, and across its premier global network of top-quality partners.

Hundreds of global innovators, from iconic consumer brands and tech giants to banks, retailers, and healthcare leaders turn to LiveRamp to build enduring brand and business value by deepening customer engagement and loyalty, activating new partnerships, and maximizing the value of their first-party data while staying on the forefront of rapidly evolving compliance and privacy requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement core features for our agentic Data Marketplace; you'll work alongside senior engineers to design and build medium-to-high complexity features that are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.

  • Support system health by identifying bottlenecks and managing dependencies within your project areas. You'll collaborate with L4/L5 engineers to resolve technical hurdles and keep team priorities on track.

  • Contribute to the product cycle by providing technical feedback on specs and participating in design reviews. You'll help translate product requirements into technical reality, ensuring the team builds the right solutions for our customers.

  • Uphold high engineering standards through rigorous peer code reviews and sophisticated testing. You'll focus on high-coverage unit and integration testing to ensure our platform remains the most trusted in the data ecosystem.

  • Drive team-level excellence by documenting system interactions, sharing best practices during retrospectives, and proactively communicating progress to keep stakeholders and cross-functional partners aligned.

About You
  • About 3 years of hands-on development experience, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality code in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Strong technical execution in API development and system integration. You understand how to build interfaces that bridge complex data ecosystems for both human users and AI agents.

  • Full-stack proficiency across TypeScript, Go, Python, and React. You are familiar with how to leverage Redis and Sidekiq for managing background tasks and concurrency.

  • A proactive "owner" mindset. You take personal accountability for your deliverables, ensuring they are production-mature, well-documented, and performant.

  • Collaborative and communicative. You enjoy working closely with senior mentors and cross-functional peers (Product, Infra, QA) to navigate technical challenges and refine project scopes.

  • Dedicated to quality. You have a track record of implementing sophisticated integration tests and refactoring code to improve long-term maintainability.

  • Growth-oriented. You are an active participant in team culture - whether it's contributing to tech discussions, documenting a new service, or helping a teammate troubleshoot a tricky bug.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

    • Bonus Points:

The approximate annual base compensation range is $135,000 to $159,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.

    Benefits:
    • People: Work with talented, collaborative, and friendly people who love what they do.
    • Fun: We host in-person and virtual events such as game nights, happy hours, camping trips, and sports leagues.
    • Work/Life Harmony: Flexible paid time off, paid holidays, options for working from home, and paid parental leave.
    • Comprehensive Benefits Package: LiveRamp offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to help you be your best self in your personal and professional lives. Our benefits package offers medical, dental, vision, life and disability, an employee assistance program, voluntary benefits as well as perks programs for your healthy lifestyle, career growth and more.
