Talent Acquisition Specialist I - Mental Healthcare Recruiter

Status: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager

Compensation: $24.00-$26.00/hour.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm EST.

Location: This is a hybrid position. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday are remote. Must be in office on Wednesdays.

About the Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist I, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support AMFM Healthcare’s mission. This role requires a proactive approach to recruiting, ensuring we bring in individuals who are not only qualified but also aligned with our culture of empathy, integrity, and excellence.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage job postings and requisitions, ensuring accurate and timely updates across all hiring platforms.

  • Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels, including job fairs, social media, and professional networks.

  • Guide candidates through the hiring process, from initial screening to onboarding, ensuring a positive experience.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment strategies.

  • Maintain and track recruitment metrics (such as time-to-hire and retention rates) to optimize hiring efforts.

  • Ensure seamless communication through the ADP recruitment module, keeping all candidate statuses up to date.

  • Monitor external job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), optimizing postings to maximize visibility and candidate flow.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified professionals who align with AMFM Healthcare’s values and culture.
