Position Overview:

We are seeking independent, motivated, and resourceful Healthcare Recruiters to join our fully remote team. In this commission-based role, you will identify, qualify, and submit candidates for a wide range of healthcare positions. You’ll earn a minimum of $500 per successful placement, with the opportunity to earn more based on role type and volume.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking

  • Review applications and conduct candidate screenings

  • Clearly communicate job requirements and expectations to candidates

  • Submit candidates through our recruitment platform for client review
