Job Title: Project Manager with Healthcare exp

Location: Dayton OH (Locals Only)

Duration: 6+ months

Role and Responsibility:

Organize the various components needed to manage project tasks in various portfolios with internal and external parties

Conduct project team meetings to establish and execute on detailed project plans

Lead and manage several large projects, and have familiarity with, and demonstrated understanding of, the enterprise's business and technical architectures

Lead and manage all resources, task planning and progress reporting during the project including internal IT, Business, vendors, contractors, and consultants

Lead and manage the project throughout its lifecycle

Create and manage budgets, timelines (milestones) and task schedules

Identify and manage risk, implement mitigation strategies & communicate/escalate to stakeholders

Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure projects are properly funded, resourced and managed

Report project status to all stakeholders

Produce detailed reports, business decision documents and notifications on assigned projects

Provide clarification/verification for all levels regarding project status/details

Ensure project milestone deliverables are completed and approved before moving on to the next project phase

Ensure consistent utilization of Project Management framework, adhering to standard tools, processes and methodology

Oversee and control any external resources contracted to the project

Maintain strategic alignment of projects by analyzing charters and reviewing with management decision makers

Forecast internal resource capacity by tracking the progress of projects across the portfolio

Perform team management, driving motivation, collaboration and performance

Define and drive "right sized" project management processes (especially, supporting quality assurance)

Incorporates= effective change and risk management controls

Perform any other job related instructions as requested. Education / Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field, or equivalent years of relevant work experience required

Master's degree in related field is preferred

5-7 years Project Management experience is required

5-7 years working in project management software is required

Familiarity of the healthcare field and knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare a plus

Required Competencies / Knowledge / Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Word, and Excel

Extensive background with project management processes, techniques and tools

Proven ability to effectively interact with all levels of management within the organization

Flexibility during organizational and/or business changes

Demonstrate excellent analysis and collaboration skills

Ability to effectively and efficiently work within a project team
