About the Role
This role is ideal for a project management professional with experience leading process improvement, organizational transformation, technology implementation, and cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a complex healthcare modernization project from planning through implementation.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, leadership, IT, Human Resources, and operational staff.
- Evaluate current processes and develop improved workflows and procedures.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate Salesforce enhancements, requirements, testing, implementation, and training.
- Support organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and staff adoption.
- Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and management reports.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and deadlines.
- Prepare weekly project status reports and executive-level updates.
- Support staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and training activities.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including action, risk, issue, and decision logs.
- Help establish sustainable processes that can continue after project completion.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
