The Care Project is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Pueblo, Colorado. Our facility boasts state-of-the-art technology and spans over 5,000 square feet, designed specifically to support rehabilitation workflows. We primarily serve patients with private medical insurance, creating a supportive and collaborative environment where healthcare professionals can focus on achieving optimal patient outcomes.

The role is based onsite at our outpatient office in Pueblo, CO, where you will work alongside a collaborative team consisting of two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). Our work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling a balanced work-life routine while actively engaging in impactful patient care.

• Evaluate and assess patients' needs to develop tailored treatment plans aimed at restoring mobility and enhancing functional abilities.
• Maintain an effective caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring that quality care is delivered consistently.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions focusing on promoting mobility, strength, and overall wellness.
• Administer cost-effective therapies to improve patients' range of motion and physical performance, while minimizing reliance on medication or invasive procedures.
• Educate and motivate patients regarding their treatment plans, encouraging active participation in their rehabilitation journey.
• Utilize specialized tools and techniques for manual therapy, exercise programming, and functional training to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress accurately and consistently in line with organizational standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and refer patients as necessary for further diagnostic or therapeutic services.
• Continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness and adapt interventions to meet evolving patient needs and goals.

Your primary focus will be on individuals recovering from orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and post-surgery rehabilitation. You will encounter a diverse range of patients, each with distinct challenges and goals. Your role is essential in helping them regain independence and enhance their quality of life through personalized and compassionate care.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in Colorado, with no record of disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the design of effective exercise programs.
• Experience utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems, such as WebPT, for documentation and patient management.

• A minimum of one year of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse patient caseload effectively while maintaining high standards of patient care.
