Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to support healthcare operations, business development, and sales initiatives through research, analysis, and problem-solving. This role is ideal for an early-career candidate with a strong foundation in healthcare administration who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys figuring things out.
The ideal candidate is quick study, comfortable working with data, and capable of independently researching issues, developing insights, and producing clear, actionable reports. The role will support healthcare operations while also assisting business development and sales efforts across clinical, operational, and growth initiatives. Prior exposure to orthopedic, outpatient, pharmaceutical, or medical device environments is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support healthcare operations, business development, and sales initiatives across multiple projects
  • Assist with operational analysis, market research, and sales support activities
  • Research operational, clinical, market, and financial topics and synthesize findings into clear reports and presentations
  • Gather, organize, analyze, and interpret data from multiple internal and external sources
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and summaries to support leadership, growth, and sales decision-making
  • Identify problems, propose solutions, and independently work through ambiguous situations
  • Support sales and business development efforts through data preparation, research, and opportunity tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives and documentation
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality when handling healthcare information

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience working in a healthcare environment
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts, systems, and workflows
  • High level of initiative with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (or equivalent tools)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
