Healthcare professionals often work in multidisciplinary teams that include doctors, nurses, therapists, and administrative staff. A common challenge is ensuring clear communication among team members, which is crucial for patient safety and effective care planning. To overcome this, many organizations implement regular team meetings, use standardized communication tools like SBAR, and encourage a culture of openness where all members can voice concerns.
