POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Medical Director opportunity within a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center
• Leadership-focused role overseeing clinical operations, provider onboarding, and quality initiatives

• Base salary: $250,000 – $280,000+ depending on experience
• Productivity bonus structure: $87 per encounter paid annually

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain clinical practice responsibilities alongside administrative leadership duties
• Support compliance initiatives and operational performance improvement
• Participate in MAT-focused initiatives or obtain MAT certification if needed
