Job description

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate day‑to‑day project management execution and activities for corporate products. Drive the end‑to‑end project lifecycle of Transformation programs globally, working with product, technology, operations and risk and control teams to develop, strengthen and enhance processes. Assist in end‑to‑end delivery and program readiness of corporate products and services across corporate clients’ lifecycle, from onboarding to settlement and post‑support related to strategic global programs. Ensure design and testing execution meet the needs of key global initiatives. Leverage experience with cash, trade, liquidity and FX products readiness lifecycle to develop plans to improve processes, enhance controls, and strengthen safety and soundness of products and end‑to‑end processes. Coordinate implementation of tactical and strategic projects affecting multiple countries, regions, and businesses. Contribute to achievement of revenue performance goals. Identify and execute opportunities and gaps related to transformation initiatives. Keep abreast of the technology landscape. Perform data analysis to identify gaps and opportunities. Contribute to driving innovation by working with internal and external partners to develop new processes, capabilities and features.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering (any) or related field and 6 years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, Program Manager, Client Management Advocate, Reengineering Sr Analyst or related position involving leading strategic initiatives for foreign exchange, cash management and securities services products for a global bank. Six years of experience must include: Markets (FX, MM, FI), cash management and securities services products and process improvement; Product processors technical knowledge and operations transformation; Program and project management for financial initiatives; Risk and defects management; Local and global regulatory compliance; Accounting processes; Markets standards; Agile processes, SDLC.
