We're Hiring! Healthcare Administrator (Full-Time or Part-Time) Join Our Team at All Care Therapies of Georgetown


Are you an organized, friendly, and dependable professional who enjoys helping people and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? All Care Therapies of Georgetown is looking for a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to support our patients and our therapy team!


As a vital part of our clinic, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for every patient while working in a supportive, flexible environment. No prior therapy office experience is requiredwe provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.


What You'll Do

Your day-to-day may include:
Warmly greeting and checking in patients
Answering and directing phone calls
Scheduling appointments
Collecting patient payments
Managing insurance authorizations
Coordinating with physician offices and insurance companies
Assisting with patient accounts and insurance follow-up
Supporting the daily operations of our busy outpatient therapy clinic


Training Provided

No therapy office experience? No problem! We're happy to train the right person who has a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a heart for serving others.


Flexible Hours & Work-Life Balance

Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities available
Clinic hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
Flexible scheduling within clinic hours
Partial work-from-home opportunities available after your training period
