Work you'll do

As a Senior Manager on the Healthcare Solutions team, you will be responsible for leading complex healthcare transformation engagements and delivering technology-enabled solutions for provider clients.

  • Lead end-to-end Epic-enabled transformation programs across healthcare organizations, including planning, design, build, testing, go-live, and stabilization activities.
  • Direct Epic application analysis, configuration, implementation, support, and issue resolution across clinical, revenue cycle, and technical workstreams.
  • Partner with client operational, clinical, and information technology stakeholders to define requirements, design future-state processes, and align system capabilities to business objectives.
  • Oversee project teams, manage risks and dependencies, review deliverables, and maintain day-to-day relationships with executive and senior client stakeholders.
  • Drive business development efforts by supporting pursuit strategy, proposal development, pricing input, and relationship-building with key client decision-makers.
  • Mentor and develop practitioners through coaching, performance feedback, staffing input, and participation in recruiting and retention efforts.

  • 6+ years of experience working with or reporting to C-suite executives
  • 6+ years of experience leading large-scale healthcare system implementations involving electronic health records, clinical systems, revenue cycle systems, or technical platforms
  • 6+ years of experience across healthcare implementation lifecycle activities, including system selection, implementation planning, project management, application design, interface design, data conversion, application build, environment management, testing, and go-live planning
  • Epic certification or experience implementing Epic clinical, revenue cycle, or technical applications across multiple implementations
  • Ability to travel 50-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree, such as Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)
  • Experience with electronic health record platforms, including Epic, Oracle Cerner, or Allscripts
  • Experience defining future-state business processes
  • Experience using Microsoft Project for project tracking and Microsoft Visio for process documentation
  • Experience delivering work using Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • Experience using analytics and querying tools, including Python, Tableau, or Structured Query Language (SQL)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $180,200 to $355,100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
