As a Healthcare Provider Back Office Consulting - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness for our healthcare provider clients in their Back Office functions including but not limited to Human Capital, Supply Chain, Finance Reporting and Grants . You will analyze client needs, develop strategic operational solutions, and provide tailored recommendations to enhance productivity and drive business performance. Within our Strategy practice, you will leverage your broad understanding of operations consulting to deliver comprehensive guidance and support.
As a Manager, you will inspire and develop your team, fostering a culture of quality and innovation. You will be accountable for coaching team members, utilizing their unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. Your growing business acumen will be crucial in identifying opportunities that contribute to the firm's success. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way, while embracing technology to enhance delivery.
In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
