General Duties and Responsibilities:

Building Engagement and Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong connections with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the healthcare industry to gain insights into their staffing needs and challenges. Oversee and ensure the satisfaction of existing clients, addressing any concerns or issues. Proven track record of closing and managing high-end sales

Collaborate with management to optimize team performance and meet collective goals

Business Development: Leverage your industry knowledge to identify and pursue high-value client opportunities and execute comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new tech clients. Collaborate with senior leadership to set annual sales goals and targets.

 Collaborate with the internal team to create compelling proposals and presentations addressing potential clients' specific needs and objectives.

Contract Negotiation: I lead negotiations, finalize agreements, and ensure mutually beneficial terms for the company and clients.
