CLIENT OVERVIEW:

Our client, a global fortune 50 organization and one of worldโ€™s largest distributors of healthcare systems, medical supplies & pharmaceutical products, seeks an accomplished Instructional Designer (Remote)



JOB OVERVIEW

  • Role: Instructional Designer (Remote)
  • Pay Rate: $45/hr.
  • Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, 8:00 AMโ€“5:00 PM CST
  • Location: Remote
  • Duration: 3 months contract with possibility of extension


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and develop training curricula for Customer Experience Operations and Distribution Centers.
  • Create content for new hire onboarding and ongoing employee development.
  • Serve as the SME for instructional design, eLearning technologies, and LMS administration.
  • Apply adult learning theory and modern learning methodologies across multiple delivery formats.
  • Develop technical software training programs, ideally related to supply planning systems.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Must-Have Skills:

  • Articulate Storyline
  • Articulate Rise
  • Instructional design for adult learners
  • eLearning curriculum development
  • Technical software training development


Preferred Skills:

  • Maestro or similar demand planning software
  • Supply Planning software training experience
  • LMS administration


Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of instructional design experience.
  • Strong portfolio of Storyline and Rise projects.
  • Experience building technical training for software applications.
  • Comfortable partnering with SMEs and translating complex processes into engaging learning experiences.
