Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist with 2-5 years of experience in data engineering and analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise with toolsets for data mining, statistical modeling, optimization, and data visualization for the purpose of driving engineering insights.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and optimize scalable data processing applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code for data engineering and analytics tasks.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable engineering insights.
  • Implement data transformations, aggregations, and workflows to support analytics and reporting.
  • Ensure high data quality, integrity, and reliability across large-scale datasets.
  • Collaborate with scientists, engineers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to optimize data workflows and integrate solutions into existing systems.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective data solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and uphold high coding standards and best practices.
  • Mentor junior team members and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in data automation, statistical simulation, and data visualization.

Requirements
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or analytics roles.
  • Bachelor of Science or advanced degree from an ABET accredited school.
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI US Government Clearance. Interim Secret clearance required to start. Please note US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret/ TS/SCI Clearance.
  • Experience mentoring junior developers is a plus.

Compensation Details:
$100,000 -$160,000 annually
