Salary: $43,000 - $48,000 annually (DOE) | Full-Time | Bi-Weekly Pay

Your Role
As an Agency Director, you will lead both operations and growth by:
Leading Operations & Team Performance
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the home care agency
  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting office staff and caregivers
  • Creating a positive, accountable, and mission-driven team culture

Growing the Agency
  • Identifying opportunities to grow the business and improve efficiency
  • Building systems, processes, and workflows for long-term success
  • Representing the agency in the community and developing referral partnerships

Supporting Clients & Caregivers
  • Conducting in-home client consultations and safety assessments
  • Ensuring caregivers are trained, supported, and delivering high-quality care
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and families

Compliance & Administration
  • Ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations
  • Maintaining licensing, documentation, and agency records
  • Managing scheduling, billing, payroll, and collections

Financial Oversight
  • Monitoring budgets and operational performance
  • Driving sustainable growth and profitability
What We're Looking For
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred, but not required)
  • 5+ years of leadership or management experience
  • Experience in healthcare, home care, senior services, or service operations
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently and lead with confidence
  • Experience providing care for seniors or working in home care services
  • Experience managing caregivers or healthcare teams
Physical & Role Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to travel to client homes and community meetings
  • Availability for on-call responsibilities, including occasional evenings or weekends
