Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Perform a variety of qualitative and quantitative analyses related to health care delivery system models, operations, regulatory and policy compliance initiatives 

  • Assist with preparing and/or facilitating client meetings and synthesizing data into various deliverables 

  • Assist with facilitating the implementation of program and program management initiatives

  • Assist with stakeholder engagement efforts

  • Assist with a variety of deliverable development based on contract engagement requirements

  • Assist with development and implementation of project requirements that relate to population health management and value-based purchasing payment approaches within the health care industry

  • Research and analyze federal rules and state legislative mandates impacting Medicaid or other health and human services programs

  • Conduct research and analysis on a variety of health care topics

  • Assist with the development of findings reports, impact and options analyses, and other materials to inform clients about programmatic issues to consider. 

  • Support preparation of analytical data reports and/or presentations

  • Stay informed of healthcare trends and state and federal regulations to highlight relevant implications for clients.

  • Maintain security and confidentiality of all protected health information

  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, mathematics, finance, health care or related field 

  • Internship or equivalent working experience in health care or related field 

  • Proficient use of applicable software programs, including Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, etc.

  • Must have strong ability to analyze data to identify issues

  • Organized and detail oriented with strong problem solving skills

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing

  • Effectively multi-task with planning and efficiency
