POSITION SUMMARY:

The Talent Acquisition Intern will be part of a creative and innovative team that thrives on acquiring diverse and patient-focused professionals. The intern will work on exciting and creative projects aligned with their area of interest in recruitment. Opportunities to source and attract diverse, patient-focused professionals will be provided, all while expanding knowledge and comprehension of Human Resources processes. The intern will also encounter several hands-on experiences contributing to organizational objectives. Each intern will be assigned a mentor, who will serve as a resource throughout the course of the internship. Hours are M - F from 8 am - 12 pm. And 1 pm to 5 pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with various members of the Talent Acquisition team to enhance comprehension of GoodLife Care, LLC.s recruitment process, as well as strategies and best practices within talent acquisition.
  • Develop creative projects related to talent acquisition with the potential to be implemented.
  • Assist with the coordination of recruitment events (career fairs, campus recruitment, interview days, and open-houses)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies.
  • Stays up-to-date with social media platforms and tools, to ensure utilization of best practices.
  • Participate in rotational shadowing opportunities within the talent acquisition department.
