• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, employing standardized assessment tools and client interviews.
• Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client goals, ensuring alignment with best practices and the latest therapeutic research.
• Delivering individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness techniques.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive client care.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, using electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.
• Participating in regular clinical supervision, professional development sessions, and case conferences to stay abreast of best practices and enhance clinical skills.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and those seeking support for addiction issues. • A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in the state of Florida.
• A master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling, psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited program.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies relevant to mental health care.
